✨️In only 5 months Splish has achieved so many things!✨️

We started with 1 session per week but he very quickly realised the benefits of weightlifting and he wanted to train 3 and then eventually 4 times with me during the week.

He managed to lose 10 kg (22 lbs/ 1.5 st), gain lots of muscle, and feel confident again!

He has managed to:
Squat 110 kg
Bench Press 110 kg
Deadlift 200 kg

Rebecca was very determined to change since Day 1!

From eating less than 500 calories every day, zero training, insufficient hours of sleep,
she has achieved some incredible things

She eats between 2000-2200 calories a day and she is not afraid of eating anymore

She trains with me 5x a week

She knows how to train the right way to achieve her goal (not just by doing cardio)

She squats, reverse lunge, leg press heavy weights with excellent technique

She has definitely built muscle

She is learning more and more about calories, macronutrients and she applies those things in her daily life

She has realised how important is sleep, not only for her recovery, but also for her quality of everyday life

“Fitness” is different for every single person.
For Rebecca was to see herself able to eat as a normal person again.
And she did it!

Liz

✨️My Superstar Liz✨️

Liz and I have been working together since April 2022.

We started by mastering the fundamental movement patterns, such as squats (we started with a high box and gradually increased the range of motion), hip hinge, bridge, etc.

After 4 months, Liz is a totally different person in the gym.

Not only does she enjoy the gym and she asked me to train 4 instead of 3 times a week, but also:

She has learned how to perform Barbell Squats, Rdls, Hip Thrusts, Bench Press

She knows many more things about calories and macronutrients

She enjoys life while reaching her fitness goals

and as you can see

She has lost fat – not just scale weight – because her scale weight hasn’t drastically changed.

12 months in training she squatted her first 100kg! That’s insane!

And she still carries on with hitting PBs,
and building muscle!

Catherine

✨️Catherine … the Super-Girl ✨️

Catherine and I have been working together since October 2022.

She has managed to lose fat & become stronger whilst:

Enjoying Christmas parties
Going on holidays
Eating the foods she enjoys

If you are wondering… “But … HOW? 🤯”

The answer is that we are focusing on:

A conservative calorie deficit
Learning the fundamental movements
(such as squats, deadlifts, bench press)
Eating everything in moderation
-AKA Flexible Dieting-
Celebrating every win
Being patient and giving time to her body to adapt

And here we are now … 3 months later.

Catherine feels much more confident in the gym even during her solo sessions

She is much stronger, she has more knowledge on how to lift weights properly and safely and has lost the fat tissue while building muscle.

Adam

Adam has been so fantastic since day 1 we started working together.

He has been training for many years on his own, but he decided to start training with me to learn more about how to train and eat properly and finally see the results he wanted.

He has been training with me 3 times a week and he has (obviously) built so much muscle & lost some fat.

He has managed to Bench Press 85kg, Squat 60kg, Deadlift 130kg.

We focused on improving the form on every movement (free weights & machines) whilst having fun!
