Rebecca was very determined to change since Day 1!
From eating less than 500 calories every day, zero training, insufficient hours of sleep,
she has achieved some incredible things
She eats between 2000-2200 calories a day and she is not afraid of eating anymore
She trains with me 5x a week
She knows how to train the right way to achieve her goal (not just by doing cardio)
She squats, reverse lunge, leg press heavy weights with excellent technique
She has definitely built muscle
She is learning more and more about calories, macronutrients and she applies those things in her daily life
She has realised how important is sleep, not only for her recovery, but also for her quality of everyday life
“Fitness” is different for every single person.
For Rebecca was to see herself able to eat as a normal person again.
And she did it!
